Client reports, delivered like clockwork.
Design a branded report once. Every month, ReportSkills fills it with each client's own numbers, rewrites the commentary by the rules you set, and posts the PDF to their inbox on the 1st — thirty reports on schedule, but thirty separate letters, each one written for the person who opens it. And every send leaves a log you can audit.

Marketing & agencies
"Four hours every month per client, copying numbers out of one dashboard and one spreadsheet into a document that has to look professional."
Independent agency owner
MSPs & IT services
"The PSA holds every number the client review needs — and hands me a ticket queue nobody reads. Turning it into a report is a half-day, monthly, by hand."
MSP director
Property management
"No monthly statements since January. That is how every exit conversation starts."
Residential property manager
Bookkeeping
"Sending a formal monthly package is standard practice — nobody taught me how to produce it without rebuilding it from scratch."
Solo bookkeeper
These are the recurring complaints we keep hearing from people who owe a client report every month — they describe the problem we set out to solve, and are not customer testimonials.
Your tax, calculated
Live math on what the manual pipeline costs per year.
AgencyAnalytics at $20 per client/month billed annually — read from their pricing page on October 14, 2026. ReportSkills Plus at $19/month. Time value is your hours × your rate. The same math lives as a standalone page: reporting time-tax calculator.
Set it up once. It posts itself.
Three moves, then every month runs without you.
Design the report
Compose your report from reusable widgets — covers, KPI blocks, charts, tables, narrative paragraphs, checklists. Describe what you need and the assistant assembles a first draft from real components.
cover · kpi-row · chart-line · table · note · footer
Bind the data
Drop in a CSV, paste a table, or point a widget at form results. Each client gets their own slice of the same template, so one definition covers a dozen recipients.

Schedule and forget
Pick the cadence — monthly, biweekly, the first business day. ReportSkills generates every PDF, emails it with a live web link attached, and files each delivery in a log you can audit.
next press run · Sun, Nov 1 · 09:00 · 8 recipients
This is the whole workflow: a table in, a report out
Edit any number on the left. The report on the right is rendered by the same widget engine the product uses — no screenshots, no mockups.
key, value per line — the workspace accepts the same shape from a CSV upload or a bound form. Missing a figure? Leave it out; the block degrades instead of breaking.
What the delivery log leaves behind
One press run — a single scheduled batch that builds and sends every client's report at once — or a dozen schedules: every send lands here as a row showing who got what, when, and whether they read it. These are the exact rows the workspace shows — populated with illustrative data for fictional clients.
Three rows came off one marketing schedule; the owner statement came off its own cadence two days later — the log keeps every schedule straight. Larkspur's missing table became a labeled placeholder instead of a late report, and the row says so. Open the workspace to watch a run fill in live.
A printing press, not a word processor
Arriving on time is the baseline. Thirty reports that each tell their reader what to do next — that is the product.
Commentary rewritten for this client
Text blocks carry the rules you write — for the report, plus a private note per recipient if you like. Every month the commentary is rewritten from that client's own numbers and how they moved against last period: the building owner sees where the money slipped, a parent sees which subject is falling behind. The program fills every figure and holds every layout; the model only writes words. A block that can't clear the bar falls back to the copy you wrote — no platitude ever ships quietly.
Widget-composed templates
Reports are assembled from typed components, not freeform pages. Layouts stay on-brand across every client and every month, and a missing number degrades to a clean placeholder instead of breaking the document.
Batch by recipient
One schedule produces every client's report — each recipient gets their own data slice, cover name, and file, generated in a single run.
Real delivery, tracked
Email with the PDF attached plus a link to the live web version. The delivery log records sent, opened, and untouched, so "did they get it?" has an answer.
Live web version
Every report has a hosted page that reads well on a phone and carries a QR code for print decks and reception desks. No one has to download anything to read you.
Archive that answers "the March one"
Every press run is kept. Compare any client's history side by side instead of digging through a sent folder.
Your brand, not ours
Cover, palette, logo, footer, and sender identity carry your name. The badge comes off when you move to a paid plan.

Every rival bill: your hours, per client, sales quotes — or free and fragile
Four cards, four ways people pay for client reporting: labor, per-client software, sales-quoted suites, and Google's free studio — whose bill arrives as connectors and upkeep. Competitor numbers were read from their own pricing pages on October 14, 2026; Looker Studio facts from Google's documentation on October 18. Every source is linked, so you can check us.

Not a live dashboard
If you want a screen your whole team watches refresh in real time, that is Looker Studio's job — it is free and better at it. ReportSkills sends the letter, not the big screen: a report that lands on a date, reads like it was written for one person, and leaves a delivery record behind.
No platform-to-platform connectors yet
We do not pull live numbers straight from Google Analytics, Meta or SEMrush by API today. The way in right now is a pasted table or a CSV — which, for owner statements, bookkeeping packages and class progress, is the whole job. Scheduled HTTP and database connectors are on the roadmap.
Pro (team) is not open yet
Only the solo plans — Basic and Plus — are live today. The two-seat team tier with your own sender domain and white-label archives is still being built; join the waitlist and you will hear from us the day it opens.
Frequently asked questions
Is ReportSkills just another AI PDF generator?
No. AI is only one way to compose a report. The product itself is the pipeline: reusable branded templates, scheduled batch generation, delivery by email with the PDF attached, a live web version for every report, and a delivery log that tells you who received and opened what.
What data can I feed into a report?
Upload a CSV or spreadsheet, paste a table directly, or send form results into a report. Every widget binds to a data block, so updating a report is replacing the data, not rebuilding the layout.
Do you connect to Google Analytics, SEMrush or other ad platforms?
The honest answer: not platform-to-platform today. The fastest route in is a CSV upload or a pasted table — and most of the recurring reports we target have no API to connect anyway: owner statements, bookkeeping packages, class progress reports, inspection summaries. Scheduled HTTP and database connectors are on the roadmap: set one up once, and whatever they bring back lands in the same table the rest of the pipeline reads.
What do my clients actually receive?
An email with the branded PDF attached and a link to the live web version of the same report. The web version works on a phone, can carry a QR code for print contexts, and is where opens are tracked. Clients never need an account or a download — the link is the way in.
What happens if a report fails to generate?
Reports are assembled from independent widgets, not written as one document. If one block has missing data it degrades to a clean placeholder and the rest of the report still ships — and the delivery log shows exactly which block fell back.
How much will it cost?
Basic is free: 10 active templates, unlimited recipients, and reports carry a small badge. Plus is $19 per month — unlimited templates, badge off, automatic reminders. The bill has two parts: your subscription, and the AI tokens the commentary actually uses — never per report, never per recipient. Only the words draw on the model: figures and layout are placed by the program, so one month of commentary is a small slice of the credits Plus grants every month. Your client list can grow; the price stays put. Pro (team) is in the works.
